First Responder Couples’ Retreat

We have been in your shoes . . .

One of the things that we know to be true for First Responders and their partners is that it can be extremely difficult to find time to connect, communicate, and build community when there are so many distractions, time constraints, and chaotic schedules. Making time for each other has to be a priority. 

We have been in your shoes, have struggled, and have learned- imperfectly- to navigate through work and relationship stress and do our best to keep our relationship as a priority.  We are, Lauren, Jerry & Tanya. Our combined story ranges from being on the Tac Team, Corrections Officer, and leader who has struggled, failed, and persevered! 

This is an opportunity to put yourself and your relationship first💙

In amongst the shifts, the kids, and the obligations - it can be extremely difficult to make a plan and follow through. 

So let us do the planning - all you have to do is commit and show up. 

We are creating a space where a small group of first responder couples from all different backgrounds can come together to connect with themselves, their partners, and nature. The theme for this weekend retreat is Adventure and Connection 💙
